You should always spend time for yourself. In our high stressful time we spend to much time running around worry about the kids, the bills, worry about work and then the day, the week and month is gone. You are so tired your hair is falling out, you are yelling at everyone letting the Mr. Hyde part of you show more then you really want to. What do I do, “I have no time to take a vacation, I certainly do not have enough money to take a proper vacation and we of course could go on and on and on. The short term answer is simple. Bath and body products.

Bath and body products can give you the vacation you don't have time for.  You should always take at least 30min to an hour for yourself. Find time when the kids have gone to bed, or they are all watching a movie, before they get home, when ever you can and make your get away to your bathroom. Put scented candles around the bathroom, some thing pleasant that you like; lavender, vanilla, cinnamon, citrus blossom, eucalyptus, black current, or what ever you like. Run hot water in your bathtub as hot as you can stand. Then add your favorite bath and body products (bath oils, bubbles, salts, etc…). Put on some soft mellow music or a good story, not a thriller or a horror, but a feel good story, and make sure it is some where you can hear, but far, far away from any water, you want to be safe in your get away. Light your candles turn your music on shut all the doors tell the kids (if you have them) not to disturb you for an hour unless it is an emergency and clime into bliss. Now just relax, let your bath and body products do their job, turn everything in your brain off, you not allow to think about anything but the story being told or the music you have selected. This is not the time to worry about scrubbing your self washing your hair, just relax.

When you are done wrap your self in a warm comfortable robe. You can find nice soft robes at most bath and body  product stores; one of my favorites is theSweetest, Softest Robe on Earth & trade, but any you like will do. If it is possible this would be a great time to crawl into bed and let all of the good smells and feeling mull you in to a sweet restful sleep. If not go slow and mellow into your regular world and always remember no matter how stressful it gets you private get away is always waiting. There are a number of bath and body products that you can get. Just make sure you can go to a store that will let you sample and smell, because there is nothing worse then a lotion or oil that is so over powering that it makes you sick to your stomach. Find the products that you like that give you that feel good feeling inside. Then when you know what you like then go right ahead and shop from those online stores because good priced bath and body products are the best.
